Welcome aboard my brother!!! So sorry about the vocal damage; are you sure about it or how's the situation? 🥺 I know I got super super close (doctor gave me a warning) back in my M1 pushing days, so til this day I'm getting rid of bad habits of pushing 😂 but nothing will ever be healthier than this technique so I'm sure it'll be great for your come back! ;)
