Quick introduction and song sample

Hello Everyone, Glad to find out about this page, been getting help from Marc for about 10 (?) months now.  I started singing again after a 30 year break or so.  Started going down the rabbit hole of internet learning and hearing about chest voice/mixed voice/ blah blah and got more confused than ever. Funnily enough, I have developed my chest voice pretty well now but I find that although I 'can do' some of the songs I like to sing, it either doesn't sound quite right and/or I'm utterly exhausted after just a few songs. That being said, I don't know the below song very well but it popped up on youtube the other day and I thought it would be fun to try.  I sent to Marc and he said it was 'ok to post.

whew.  wow tough song to sing.  I thought you did really well.  That will really work a lot of the things Marc teaches for sure because it sits right where your M2 needs to be on point.  Congrats on coming back to singing after a long break too!!  I hope it goes well for you.

It was funny listening to that song.  I think they might have reworked this Paul McCartney song.  I keep hearing really similar things going on and even lyrically he was flying very close to some of the vowels and phrasing.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MNYrYDerAJk

Paul crushes it here live well worth a listen to hear another M2 master

You sound already kinda close, good job! Looking forward to hear it again when you learn it to the end.

Very beautiful brother 🥹 it's been so nice meeting you all these months. You're very awesome and loving - and you have come such a long way in the 'softer tones' progress department. I bet your stamina must've improved a lot compared to the initial 'getting tired after a few songs' starting point, so, I'm super proud 💚

And this really sounds beautiful like I said the song and version makes me a little tear eyed hahaha 🥲 I didn't know the name for it before you sent it but you do it justice 🔥 great job
