1. Introduction
By interacting with or purchasing any M2 Academy product—PDFs, videos, courses, or coaching—you’re agreeing to the terms outlined below. Please read them fully before interacting with the website or completing a purchase.
2. Payment and Refunds
We accept payments via PayPal, which also processes debit and credit cards separately with no need for creating an account (a PayPal account). We don’t store your card info.
Courses are digital products, not physical goods. Therefore it is accessing them that makes them qualify as used, rendering purchases final, with no refunds possible. Content access, video playback and more are logged to determine this matter of fact.
One exception: Sensei Bundle
If during the first week after the purchase of the $697 Sensei Bundle, Marc that he can’t help you reach your goals, you’ll be eligible for a refund. This is the only refund scenario we allow. The refund may be partial to consider whatever amount of energy was spent during this discovery week (for extreme cases).
After the week ends, the refund period is closed and this purchase operates like any other on the site. The coaching starting time can be delayed for circumstances you can share with Marc, but not past 3 full months. After that date, you’ll have access to your purchases but Marc will not be required to provide the 1:1 month of coaching anymore. Please consider this before buying so you can choose a time you’ll actually be available for the coaching and have the energy for it.
Marc also reserves the right to revoke access to services (e.g. Discord, Spaceship group) at any time—even after payment. This does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Copyright & Intellectual Property
All course content—videos, downloads, strategies—is the property of Marc Ajax and M2 Academy.
When you purchase, you’re given a license to access the material—not to copy, distribute, or resell it. This license is:
- Limited
- Non-transferable
- For your personal, non-commercial use only
You may not rehost, modify, extract, copy, translate, reproduce, or share this content in any way, shape, or form. This includes creating derivative or adapted versions of the content, which is strictly prohibited. Sometimes courses, like the first one, are offered free of charge. This does not grant a change to the conditions: the license remains access-only: you are not allowed to rehost, modify, extract, copy, translate, reproduce or share the material.
You are not allowed to publicly speak about the framework, the brand, any course or associate with Marc in any way without written explicit consent. You may not build upon the framework or the courses, nor imply any association with them, either explicitly or by omission. You may not create a misleading impression regarding your relationship to, or the origin of, the framework or courses, including by omission. You may not act as a participant in the discoveries that Marc made and promote the work, either directly or indirectly. Publicly disclosing any of the information shared by Marc Ajax or M2 Academy is strictly prohibited under these Terms and the applicable intellectual property laws.
By continuing, you acknowledge that any violation of these terms may necessitate the adoption of unforeseen measures. The severity of the violation will determine whether more measures will be taken after the account is terminated; the full logs of all the information stored (IPs, emails, activity tracked, clicks and so on) will be used to expedite any needed process.
Additionally to these measures, any pretense of association or partnership with the framework, the courses, the method or the brand – such as passing statements learnt here as your own or juggling or translating words so it seems different when it was factually learnt here – could be clarified publicly by Marc at any given moment. This includes attempts at associating with Marc through opposition like: “I worked with him, but I’m taking it to the next level: here’s what he is not brave enough to tell you” – any lies or exaggerations as such will be handled publicly if deemed necessary: no association as such nor building upon this framework or the M2 brand or system is permitted in any case.

Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” means you can access the course for as long as it exists on our platform—not your literal lifetime. This could end at any moment.
We may update, remove, or retire courses at any time. Marc will always strive to provide updated versions of any courses you have previously purchased, including through major platform changes (such as in 2022-2023), at no additional cost. However, this is a courtesy and not a guaranteed obligation.
An account can be terminated at any time (see Paragraph 8) and no refunds will be issued if the course has already been interacted with or accessed (see Paragraph 2 and Paragraph 5).
4. Changes to Terms
We can update these terms—including product prices, descriptions, and policies—at any time. If we do, we’ll post the changes here. It’s your responsibility to stay informed at https://m2.academy/terms-and-conditions/

5. Account Use, Security & Delivery
Accounts are for individual use only. Sharing an account or triggering security flags (like logging in from multiple locations and IP addresses) may result in termination without warning or refund. While VPN usage might be normal and a good security measure in lots of cases, it’s not allowed in this academy so innocent cases can be separated from those of account sharing.
An account can be terminated at any moment for this reason, and this won’t make the user eligible for a refund. On the extreme rare case that after purchase a product couldn’t be accessed genuinely because the account was flagged for termination for suspicious activity before they could even watch the course a refund is theoretically possible since the requirements established in Paragraph 2 are not met.
Yet checks will be made on the account’s click activity and interaction of the course for the validity of the statement before accepting this as the truth: any log that shows course interaction, playback, lesson access, module access, Q&A access or any other final proof of consumption is always logged and will be what determines whether the refund is possible. In case of disputes at the payments processing side, the logs will be used as objective non-disputable truth.
If the logs show access, refunds are not an option as per Paragraph 2. This is final.

By purchasing, you agree to be added to our email list (via Mailchimp). You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message you receive.
8. Community Conduct
Our community is a space for respect and growth. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior will get you removed—possibly for good.
Marc has final say on access and reasons for banning don’t need to make ‘sense’ to the other person. No debates, no refunds.
