We accept payments via secure services like PayPal or Stripe. We don’t store your card info.
Once you access a digital product, it’s considered “used.” Because of that, all purchases are final—no refunds, no exchanges.
The only exception is the $555 PRO Bundle. If Marc determines during the initial discovery call that he can’t help you reach your goals, you’ll be eligible for a refund. This is the only refund scenario we allow.
Marc also reserves the right to revoke access to services (e.g. Discord, Spaceship group) at any time—even after payment. This does not entitle you to a refund.
All course content—videos, downloads, strategies—is the property of Marc Ajax and M2 Academy.
When you purchase, you’re given a license to access the material—not to copy, distribute, or resell it. This license is:

By continuing, you acknowledge that any violation of these terms may necessitate the adoption of unforeseen measures. An example is provided in Paragraph 6; however, any measures taken will be determined based on the severity of the violation and assessed at the appropriate time.

“Lifetime access” means you can access the course for as long as it exists on our platform—not your literal lifetime.
We may update, remove, or retire courses at any time. Marc will always strive to provide updated versions of any courses you have previously purchased, including through major platform changes (such as in 2022-2023), at no additional cost. However, this is a courtesy and not a guaranteed obligation.
