The baritone label.

A made up word. To make you suffer.

Surely it's good to 'reach the audience' now... 'people who are struggling with range'.

That's what a baritone is. What the Internet will convince you a baritone is.

So....... everyone is identifying with 'person who struggles with high notes'? WTF?

How's that gonna help? Let all labels go, for sure.

I can't think of a single thing that being identified with 'being a baritone' brought me that was positive.

Even if you mean it's about TIMBREEEEE, Marc. It's about TESSITURAAAAA, Marc. Then... sing? Why do you care about words? They're made up. Go have fun.

But with the NORMAL INTERNET definition of baritone..

The famous BARITONE CURSE...

That's just a disease. Cure it in M2 Academy and in The M2 Spaceship ๐Ÿš€ we ascend together

(Ascend..... maybe heal? ๐Ÿ˜‚)

I think these categories would have good pedagological value if the singing lessons or practice is oriented at working with vocal break which might slightly differ between baritone and tenors (though I see so many sources that say that the vocal break between them is practically the same lmao). But they seem to be used way too much to just figure out the potential of the singers, maybe because people on internet or even singing coaches don't have a receipt to make the singer find out about their full potential.
