Terms of Purchase Agreement

1. Introduction

By purchasing digital products from M2 Academy, including but not limited to PDF downloads, online resources, and coaching services, you (the “Buyer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Purchase. It is strongly recommended that you read these terms thoroughly before completing any transaction on our website.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments for intangible digital products, including PDF downloads, resources, and online materials, are processed through secure payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe. These gateways employ SSL encryption to ensure the protection of credit card and debit card information. Please note that these payment gateways do not store your payment details after the transaction is processed.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a product is accessed or downloaded, it is considered “used,” and all sales are final. Therefore, all digital product purchases made through www.m2.academy are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Buyer Protection Exception
The only exception to this no-refund policy applies to the “Holistic Coaching” service, priced at $3,999. This service includes a “Buyer Protection” clause, which allows for a refund under the following condition: If, during the initial discovery phase, Marc determines that he is unable to meet the client’s goals for any unforeseen reason, a refund may be issued. Refund eligibility is limited strictly to this situation, and no refunds will be issued under any other circumstances.

Please be aware that Marc reserves the right to revoke access to any M2 Academy services, including the Discord community or The M2 Spaceship group, even if payment has been made. Such revocation does not entitle the user to a refund.

3. Security and Account Policy

Accounts on www.m2.academy are intended for personal use only. Any account found to be shared, exhibiting suspicious activity (such as multiple IP addresses), or flagged for security issues by SUCURI, may be immediately terminated without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for accounts that are terminated due to security breaches or violation of account terms.

4. Amendments

M2 Academy reserves the right to modify any part of these Terms of Purchase, including pricing, product descriptions, terms of service, and other related information, at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

5. Delivery of Goods and Services

In the event that a digital product is not received or is inaccessible in your account after purchase, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Provide your transaction or payment details to ensure prompt delivery of the purchased product.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The singing program and methodology developed by Alejo Vigo (Marc) including all associated content, materials, and intellectual property, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, both domestically and internationally. These works are the exclusive property of Alejo Vigo and M2 Academy, and all rights are reserved.

The content provided in the program is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Alejo Vigo and M2 Academy.

8. Email Collection

9. Community Guidelines

By participating in the M2 Academy community, you agree to follow all applicable community conduct guidelines. Any behavior deemed violent, harassing, disruptive, or harmful to other members will result in immediate removal from the community. Such behavior may also lead to a permanent ban from M2 Academy with no possibility of reinstatement, depending on the severity of the offense. These decisions are final and non-negotiable. No refunds will be issued in these cases.
